FourBlock Earns “Top-Rated Nonprofit” Status From GreatNonprofits for Eighth Consecutive Year
The Top-Rated award is based on community recognition through online reviews from FourBlock community members, including alumni, volunteers, and donors
(NEW YORK CITY) – For the eighth consecutive year, FourBlock has been named a “Top-Rated Nonprofit” by GreatNonprofits, the leading provider of user reviews for charities and nonprofits.
The Top-Rated Nonprofit Award is based on the rating and number of reviews that FourBlock received from those who have had direct experience with the organization, including volunteers, donors and program alumni.

To earn the 2023 Top-Rated award, at least 10 reviewers had to write a review of our services within the first ten months of the year, with at least a four-star rating. During that timeframe, FourBlock received 14 reviews, all of which were five-star ratings.
“I can honestly say I would not be where I am right now without the help of FourBlock,” read one 2023 review of FourBlock from a graduate of FourBlock’s Veteran Career Readiness Program. “I am currently interning with a great company, and they have already made me an offer! I am excited about working with this company and it is all thanks to FourBlock!”
“FourBlock’s staff and training program to assist transitioning service members is absolutely amazing,” said another 2023 reviewer who graduated from FourBlock’s Veteran Career Readiness Program. “It has provided me with tools and resources not provided by any other transitioning program out there. It has made my military retirement to civilian workforce very easy. The amount of stress they have relieved is unmeasurable.”
“The program was tailored to meet the unique needs of veterans, which made it all the more effective,” read a third review from a 2023 Veteran Career Readiness Program graduate. “But what sets FourBlock apart is its networking opportunities. Through the program, I connected with employers and professionals in my field that I could have never imagined. These connections opened doors for me that I didn’t even know existed.”
