FourBlock has partnered with Prepare to Launch U (PTLU) to deliver a proven, flexible, and community-driven career readiness program designed specifically for military spouses navigating career transitions.

Many Military Spouses face challenges such as resume gaps, limited industry connections, and uncertainty about how to translate their skills. We promise to meet these challenges with meaningful solutions: connections to mentors, employers, and peers who value their resilience; a community that grows with them across duty stations and career stages; and proven resources designed to help them gain clarity and confidence for their next step. The FourBlock Military Spouse Career Readiness Program features live video coaching, flexible online learning modules, and all the instruction, tools, and inspiration a military spouse needs to navigate their way to a meaningful career.

Our most important measure of success is how we transform the lives of those we serve, including military spouses who face unique challenges balancing family, service, and career. This program is offered at no cost thanks to the generous support of corporate and philanthropic sponsors. Every spouse who participates not only gains a stronger career path but also contributes to the broader impact of strengthening military families, communities, and the workforce.
