Monica McNeal | Seattle Program Manager
Monica McNeal is a seasoned executive and has spent 35+ years in corporate roles and non-profits. Monica is spending her time, serving Military Families, Veterans and Gold Star Families in many capacities. Currently a TAP Facilitator, previously a contractor at Microsoft as the Program Manager, Military Spouse Technology Academy (MSTA). She was the National Operations Director & West Coast Director of FourBlock. She mentors about 300 veterans and spouses each year. Her professional career includes VP titles at Nordstrom, Lafayette 148, Magaschoni and Chief Merchant at Pendleton.
Her connection to the military is her father, brother and her fallen son, LCpl Eric L. Ward, USMC, KIA Afghanistan. She gives back to the families who serve us, with passion and respect.
