During her 20+ years at Cisco, Gena helped lead the IT Industry Roundtable for the Veteran Jobs Mission™ Coalition and developed military talent integration frameworks that contributed to the company being recognized as a top Great Place to Work® and Military Friendly™ Employer. Her specialized expertise spans veteran talent strategy, Employee Resource Group (ERG) activation, AI-enabled culture change, and organizational resilience. She focuses on creating sustainable pathways that honor veterans’ unique capabilities while meeting critical business needs.
