Prior to joining FourBlock, Gemma held senior leadership roles at Randstad, where she advised Fortune 1000 companies on how to develop agile, inclusive talent strategies. Her work focused on solving complex hiring challenges, optimizing workforce models, and aligning talent solutions with long-term business goals. She has supported some of the nation’s largest employers across healthcare, financial services, education, and technology—helping them meet urgent hiring demands while improving retention, compliance, and workforce diversity.
