EJ O’Brien | Regional Operations Director: Southeast
EJ served 21 years in the United States Air Force, where he supported, Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) and Knowledge management operations. His leadership roles included Mission Operations Commander, Specialty Manager, and Instructor, with operational contributions to Enduring Freedom, Iraqi Freedom, Inherent Resolve, and Unified Response.
After transitioning from the military, EJ excelled as a Senior Project Manager at USAA and a Project Management Consultant with TEKsystems at Ameritas, leveraging his expertise in IT and business operations to deliver impactful solutions.
Now serving as the Regional Programs Director with FourBlock, EJ oversees programs that empower veterans and military spouses in their career transitions. He holds a Master’s in Management and Leadership, a Bachelor’s in IT Management, and a PMP certification, underscoring his commitment to service and excellence.
