Tony Kalams | Regional Director: Southeast
Tony is a retired U.S. Navy veteran with 30 years of active and reserve service in the Judge Advocate General’s Corps. Tony litigated military justice cases, advised on the Law of Armed Conflict, and commanded legal units. Prior to his retirement in September 2021, he was recalled to active duty for a two-year tour as Force Judge Advocate (General Counsel) to Chief, Navy Reserve.
Tony’s civilian experience has been in the pharmaceutical and healthcare information technology sectors. His career began with sales and marketing roles with Merck pharmaceuticals, and transitioned to Cisco Systems, applying his expertise in technology to further patient care. Tony’s most recent role was with Amwell, a digital health company, where he focused on leveraging technology to enhance patient care and engagement. He now serves as Southeast Region Director of the FourBlock Foundation. Tony resides in Virginia Beach, Virgina.
