With a strong foundation in full lifecycle recruiting, Ashley has effectively navigated high-volume candidate pipelines across diverse sectors including corporate, government contracts, and third-party agencies.
Equipped with a Master’s degree in leadership, Ashley possesses a keen understanding of strategic talent acquisition, fostering diversity, equity, and inclusion practices, and keeping abreast of dynamic trends within the veteran employment landscape. As a military spouse herself, with a son serving in the U.S. Coast Guard, Ashley embodies a deep personal connection to the military community.
Ashley’s professional journey encompasses a range of impactful roles, including her current position as Regional Director of FourBlock’s Virtual Programs. She has also excelled as a Military Skillbridge Program Manager at Amazon Web Services, a Cybersecurity Recruiter for the U.S. Air Force and Federal Agencies, and a Business Development Specialist within the nonprofit sector.
