William Lu | Career Readiness Instructor: San Diego
Will is an Integrated Product Lead at the Navy Information Warfare Center Pacific. His focus is on developing strategies for the implementation of new business processes. He brings over a decade of work experience working as a Naval Officer, Management Consultant, and Fintech Project Manager. His accomplishments have been recognized by the San Diego Business Journal and Rady School of Management.
In his spare time, Will serves on the Board of Management at the Armed Services YMCA San Diego, where he manages initiatives that support military families. He holds a BS from the University of Houston and an MBA from the University of California San Diego and will pursue an EMPA from Cornell University in 2025.
