Shiree Ellison | Career Readiness Instructor: Philadelphia
Shiree Ellison joined the United States Air Force in 2000, serving as an Air Traffic Controller. There, she led high-performing teams in managing complex air operations and played a key role in training and mentoring junior personnel. Shiree deployed to various locations in the Middle East and Africa, supporting critical military operations and training missions while ensuring air traffic safety in high-pressure environments.
During the final months of her military service, Shiree participated in the SkillBridge program, facilitating her transition into the private sector. After retiring from the Air Force, Shiree began her civilian career at Accenture as a Project Manager, specializing in workforce management software implementations for clients in the Healthcare, Public Sector, and Energy industries. She focuses on delivering seamless project execution and optimizing processes to meet client needs.
Shiree is also a FourBlock alumna and continues to give back to the community by serving as a mentor and Career Readiness Instructor.
