Rob Weaver is a senior executive with a track record of growing businesses, developing new opportunities, and delivering innovative solutions. He currently manages and markets a portfolio of tactical precision munitions designed to fill critical capability gaps for the U.S. military.
With extensive experience in national security and defense, Rob offers a wide range of multinational expertise, including Industrial base private public partnerships, strategic planning, and communications. He is well-versed in munitions production and business-to-business relationships, known for solving complex problems and leading cross-functional teams to deliver optimal solutions.
A passionate advocate for veterans, Rob is dedicated to helping them capitalize on their diverse skills and thrive in their post-military careers. He has been involved with Fourblock for more than six years, first as a student, then as an active volunteer, and now as a Career Readiness Instructor for the Charlotte Cohort.
He holds a Bachelor of Science in Mineral Economics from The Pennsylvania State University, a Master of Science in the Management of Technology from Murray State University, and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
