George Bernloehr enlisted in the Navy and served for 20 years. He served as an avionics technician, promoted to Chief Petty Officer, then commissioned as an Aerospace Maintenance Duty Officer. Upon his transition from the Navy, George launched a career in Talent Acquisition. He spent 10 years placing men and women transitioning from the military into technical and engineering management careers with multiple companies across the US. Later, he designed, implemented, and led the military hiring initiative as Eaton, Inc. Next, he served as a founding member of Booz Allen Hamilton’s Military and Veteran Affairs, and led the Military Talent Acquisition Team at Booz Allen Hamilton.
George recently launched Military Talent Pipeline LLC and serves as President. Military Talent Pipeline provides a free networking resource for transitioning military professionals, military spouses, and veterans. Military Talent Pipeline provides a unique subscription process for companies looking to add top-tier diverse talent to their organizations. George lives in Cumming, GA with his wife Janice and two Aussiedoodles; Maverick and Charlie.
