Celeste Hudson | Career Readiness Instructor: Central – Virtual
Celeste Hudson joined the United States Air Force in 1999 and served for 24 years, rising to the top 1% of the enlisted force as a Chief Master Sergeant. Throughout her career, she led cross-functional dental and medical teams as a Senior Enlisted Leader and served as the Dental Hygienist Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General. Her service took her across the globe, from deployments to Iraq and Afghanistan to humanitarian missions in Latin America—always with a focus on building high-performing teams and delivering mission success.
During the final months of her active-duty service, Celeste transitioned to the private sector through the Hiring Our Heroes Corporate Fellowship Program, joining Johnson & Johnson as a Military Corporate Fellow. She began her civilian career as a Senior Analyst in J&J’s Global Services Finance, Invoice-to-Cash sector, ensuring compliance with financial, regulatory, corporate, and government standards. Today, she manages one of the largest pharmaceutical portfolios within J&J’s Innovative Medicine division, supporting strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence.
A proud FourBlock alumna, Celeste first returned as a Career Readiness Coach in 2023 and now serves as a Career Readiness Instructor for the Southeast Virtual region. She’s passionate about equipping veterans with the tools, confidence, and connections they need to thrive in their post-military careers—because she’s walked that path herself and knows the power of a strong transition.
