Celeste Hudson | Career Readiness Instructor: Central – Virtual
Celeste joined the United States Air Force in 1999, and while on active duty, she led cross-functional dental and medical teams as a Senior Enlisted Leader. She was also the Dental Hygienist Consultant to the Air Force Surgeon General. Celeste deployed to Iraq, Afghanistan and provided humanitarian assistance in Latin America. During the final 3 months of Celeste’s active-duty service, she joined Johnson & Johnson as a Military Corporate Fellow through Hiring our Heroes.
Celeste began her private sector career as a Senior Analyst within Johnson & Johnson’s (J&J) Global Services, Finance Invoice-to-Cash sector. Here she worked in Compliance ensuring policies and procedures aligned with financial, regulatory, quality, corporate and government compliance requirements. She has since moved to another role where she oversees one of the largest pharmaceutical companies’ portfolios within J&J’s Innovative Medicine division.
Celeste is also a FourBlock alumnus and in 2023 and was a previous Career Readiness Coach. She is currently serving as a Career Readiness instructor for the Central Virtual region.
