FourBlock has joined forces with national learning company Prepare to Launch U (PTLU) to create a comprehensive, instructional career transition program for military spouses looking to return to work or pivot into new careers.

The FourBlock Military Spouse Career Readiness Program features live video coaching, flexible online learning modules, and all of the instruction, tools, and inspiration a military spouse will need to navigate her or his way to a meaningful career. Military spouses who complete the program will also have access to an expanded community of FourBlock alumni, employers, and instructors for additional networking and mentorship.

We recognize that it’s not just the service member who faces career challenges; their spouse does, too. Partnering with PTLU and tapping into their expert knowledge and proven curriculum allows FourBlock to provide an experience for military spouses similar to the FourBlock cohort experience that we have offered to transitioning service members and veterans since 2010. PTLU Co-Founders Kelley Biskupiak and Susan Rietano Davey have been helping people navigate work-life transitions for a combined 40 years.
