FourBlock Receives $75,000 Sponsorship from USAA for Veteran Career Readiness Program
Funding from USAA will support the continued growth of FourBlock’s flagship program for transitioning veterans across the country
(NEW YORK CITY) – FourBlock, a national nonprofit organization dedicated to helping military veterans successfully transition from military service to meaningful new civilian careers, has received a $75,000 sponsorship from USAA to support its flagship Veteran Career Readiness Program.
“FourBlock continues to create impactful programs for our military veterans as they transition into their civilian roles,” said Chuck Bunch, Military Affairs relationship director at USAA. “We’ve seen how much The Veteran Career Readiness Program can change lives and we’re proud to continue our support.”
USAA’s sponsorship marks the latest contribution as part of an ongoing partnership with USAA dating back to 2016. USAA has been a critical supporter of FourBlock’s mission, and their support has helped the organization to expand its efforts to help military veterans transition to the civilian workforce. In 2022 alone, USAA supported 256 veterans across five FourBlock Career Readiness Program locations. Since 2016, USAA has hosted more than 100 sessions of FourBlock’s Veteran Career Readiness Program across the country, with at least 17 FourBlock alumni hired by USAA to date.
The support from USAA will help FourBlock continue to expand the reach of its program, and to make it more accessible to veterans and military spouses across the country.
