Chuck Bunch | Vice President of Strategic Partnerships
Chuck serves as Vice President of Strategic Partnerships at FourBlock. In this role, Chuck builds and sustains high-impact partnerships across corporate, nonprofit, and community sectors to advance FourBlock’s mission of preparing the military community for meaningful civilian careers through skills-based development and professional networks.
Chuck brings more than two decades of leadership, advocacy, and community-building experience in service to the military community. Prior to joining FourBlock, he spent several years at USAA, where he most recently served as Military Affairs Relationship Director for Veteran Engagement. At USAA, Chuck embodied the company’s mission to be the provider of choice for the military community by leveraging trusted military relationships to advocate for military families worldwide. He also served as the enterprise shepherd for VETNet, USAA’s Employee Resource Group (ERG) dedicated to veteran and military family engagement.
Chuck’s impact has been recognized through multiple honors. In 2019, he was named an honoree of the San Antonio Business Journal’s inaugural Veteran in Business Awards, recognizing veteran leaders for their contributions in the workplace and their support of fellow veterans. In 2022, Chuck was nominated for the G.I. Jobs Employee Veteran Leadership Awards, which highlighted 27 employee veterans nationwide for exemplary servant leadership, mentorship, teamwork, and advocacy for military hiring initiatives.
Chuck proudly served 20 years in the United States Air Force.
