Michele L. Williams is a dedicated professional committed to advancing veteran success and organizational excellence. As a valued member of the FourBlock team, Michele contributes to a mission-driven organization that equips transitioning service members and military spouses with the tools, mentorship, and networks necessary to navigate the civilian career landscape with confidence and purpose. FourBlock is a national nonprofit focused on career readiness and economic mobility for veterans and their families.
Michele brings a blend of strategic insight, collaborative leadership, and a passion for empowering individuals through meaningful work. Her approach centers on fostering connections, strengthening organizational impact, and advancing FourBlock’s vision of bridging the transition from military service to fulfilling civilian careers.
Prior to her coming to FourBlock, Michele worked for Monster & Military.com, building veteran recruitment strategies for Enterprise organizations as well as Cox Media Group focusing on recruitment advertising with small to medium sized organizations.
Outside of her professional work, Michele is an avid Pittsburgh Steelers fan, Glamper, and lover of Boxer dogs. She is continuously seeking ways to contribute to community and professional growth.
