Micah Taylor is a passionate HR professional with over 20 years of experience, including a rewarding career in the Air National Guard. She retired in 2021 on her 40th birthday and expressed gratitude for the time spent working alongside active-duty personnel. Her expertise encompasses talent management, education and training, veteran recruitment, and workplace culture design. Throughout her career, she has had the privilege of working globally, fostering safe and thriving environments for diverse teams. Some of her most fulfilling work includes leading research on psychological safety in teams, chairing a National Science Foundation committee focused on women veterans in STEM, and managing a $3 million veteran employment initiative that successfully assisted over 2,000 veterans and spouses in finding meaningful careers. Micah is always eager to connect, learn, and collaborate with others in the field.
