Kathleen Dillon | Career Readiness Instructor: Northeast Virtual
After graduating from Tulane University, Kathleen enlisted in the Coast Guard and served as a search and rescue boat crew member in Fire Island, NY. She was then selected to become a Coast Guard officer and lead emergency response teams during floods, hurricanes and other natural disasters.

She separated from the Coast Guard in 2017 and was hired by the New York Mets to lead the team’s education program where she worked primarily with Latin American baseball players as they moved to the United States to live and train. Kathleen left the Mets in 2019 to pursue an MBA at New York University and a Master of Education at Harvard University. After graduate school, she served as a Director on the stadium experience team with the Washington Nationals. She currently works in a role supporting the leadership team at Revelyst, a family of outdoor sports brands including CamelBak, Bell, Giro, and Simms.
