With more than 7000 alumni and students, FourBlock has created significant economic mobility within the veteran community. In 2024 alone, alumni entered the workforce earning an average of $40,000 more than the typical veteran starting salary, generating a $36.8 million positive economic impact for just one year’s cohort. This impact compounds year after year, contributing to a total $500 million economic impact over the past 15 years.
With a 12x return on every dollar donated, FourBlock continues to bridge the gap between veterans and purposeful employment, ensuring that service members and their families thrive in their post-military lives. FourBlock alumni not only secure meaningful employment—92% earn $100,000 or more—but they also build lasting careers. 84% of alumni remain with their first employer beyond the one-year mark, significantly outperforming the national average for college graduates, of whom only 70% stay beyond their first year. This long-term success demonstrates the effectiveness of FourBlock’s programs in preparing veterans for careers that provide stability, growth, and purpose.
