Marvin Brown is a proud United States Air Force veteran and successful visionary leader with significant fortune 500 experience in organizational development, adaptability, learning and development strategy, change management, and leadership development. He has over 15 years of learning and development leadership with an adept ability to partner closely with executive leaders across business units. He’s continuously leveraged by multiple organizations to consult on enterprise wide leadership and technical skills development, the identification and prioritization of future organizational capabilities as well as translate strategy into performance and process improvement systems that quickly gain business traction.
Marvin has held several key roles in organizations such as Target Headquarters and TJX Companies. In his most recent role with the ADP organization he leads a global team of learning and development associates supporting 60,000 internal associates, 600,000 clients, and 18 business units across 140 countries.
Over the course of his career he has earned an MBA and continues to build upon a diverse set of skills such as a transformational L&D visionary, subject matter expert, strategic positioner, developer of award-winning learning programs, change agent, and influencer.
