Emile Paradis

Emile is the Managing Partner and COO of KPJ Green Technologies, LLC and owner of RPM Advisors, LLC. He is also the Founder and Executive Director of Fast Forward Restart, Inc., a non-profit dedicated to building sustainable communities.

With his varied experiences as a marine, forester, financial advisor, nonprofit director, and sales trainer and coach, Emile has embarked on a new enterprise, KPJ Green Technologies, Inc. KPJ strives to be a socially responsible business working alongside non-profit, governmental, and for-profit organizations to improve underserved communities. Projects include HazMat Training, Mold Remediation Technician Training, mold remediation work in low income neighborhoods, environmentally friendly cleaning products, and job placement.

Emile retired after 27 years of service as both an active duty and reserve in United States Marine Corps, serving from the ranks of Private through Corporal, and achieving the rank of Colonel. His career include serving as an Infantry Officer; C. O. Recruiting Region; Head, Manpower Management Division, MCRSC; Deputy Commander, 4th Force Service Support Group, and Assistant Deputy Chief of Staff G-3, Marine Force Reserve.

Emile and his wife Debra (Bauman) live in Marietta, Georgia and have five children and eight grandchildren. He hikes, camps, fishes (both open water and ice,) works out, reads-mainly history, business, and classics, whenever he gets the chance.
