Veterans and their families have specialized skills and amazing stories from their unique experiences serving in the military. Yet, they face great challenges in transitioning to the civilian workforce. For many veterans, finding a job and securing an interview is a major hurdle. Mission Hire Me produces individualized video profiles of candidates, at no cost to them, allowing each candidate to tell their own story, providing unique and authentic introductions to potential employers.
We start by letting candidates tell their story. Mission Hire Me coaches and prepares candidates on effective storytelling techniques and how to emphasize their skills. Each candidate’s video is scripted and edited to highlight the skills required for the jobs to which they’re applying.
Once a video is completed, it’s given a dedicated link that may be placed into a resume, cover letter, job application, email or social media profile. Each video is 100% secure and shared only when the candidate approves.
