Mission Hire Me (MHM), a FourBlock partnership program, is a one of a kind public service striving to help Veterans and their spouses in securing employment.

Mission Hire Me is 100% funded by our generous donors, through a partnership with FourBlock.

Our mission is to help veterans and spouses share their stories through the power of video, interview training, and mentorship, so that they may land their ideal job.

MHM produces individualized video profiles of our candidates, at no cost to them, allowing each candidate to tell their own story, providing unique and authentic introductions to potential employers.  

We start by letting candidates tell their story. MHM coaches and prepares candidates on effective story telling techniques and how to emphasize their skills. Each candidate’s video is scripted and edited to highlight the skills required for the jobs to which they’re applying.

Once a video is completed, it’s given a dedicated link that may be placed into a resume, cover letter, job application, email or social media profile. Each video is 100% secure and shared only when the candidate approves.
